Texas Heritage Insurance Company Changes
Texas Heritage Insurance Company regretfully announced it has filed a plan to non-renew policyholders who do not have a companion auto or life policy as of February 17, 2009. This decision is due in part to the wide variance of industry hurricane models that predict potential storms and associated monetary losses — along with the availability and affordability of reinsurance. Texas Heritage plans to implement non-renewals beginning July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
